1. About AutoIndex

AutoIndex (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a collector car market intelligence platform, including price trend data, auction information, and premium collector guides (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are being used fraudulently.

3. Pricing data & no financial advice

AutoIndex provides market information for reference purposes only. All pricing data, valuations, and trend figures are indicative — they are not guarantees of value and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any buying, selling, or investment decision.

During our current beta period, some pricing data is modelled from segment and era benchmarks and is clearly labelled as indicative on each page. This will be replaced with verified transaction data as our dataset matures.

AutoIndex is independent of all vehicle manufacturers. Marque names and model names are used for identification purposes only.

4. Collector Guides (AutoIndex Editions)

Guides purchased through AutoIndex Editions are delivered as PDF downloads for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute guide content without our written permission.

All sales of digital products are final. As downloads are delivered immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once a guide has been accessed, except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual property

All content on AutoIndex — including text, data, design, and editorial copy — is owned by or licensed to AutoIndex and may not be reproduced without permission. User-submitted content (watchlists, portfolios) remains yours; you grant us a licence to store and display it to you as part of the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoIndex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including any financial decisions made in reliance on data provided. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
